Healthy Heart Service
At Kings Pharmacy in Birmingham, our Healthy Heart Service measures your blood pressure and calculates your level of cholesterol (by taking a small finger-prick blood sample) to evaluate your risk level of contracting certain heart-related conditions. Following the finger-prick blood test, our pharmacists will discuss and generate a plan to help you implement various actions you can take to improve and control aspects of your health. If needed, we will be signposting you to the other services that we offer in order to fully support you. Your GP will be contacted if necessary.
