First let me introduce myself, my name is Ameet.
I’ve been a qualified Pharmacist since 2003, I met my wife Rupa whilst we were both studying at Aston University and where she was training to be an Optician.
We were both passionate about healthcare and saw how well our two professions worked together and felt we could deliver an outstanding range of health benefits and services to our local community.
In 2005, we worked up the courage to buy what would become Kings Pharmacy and Opticians in Cotteridge, we both felt passionately that we could give a better service than anything we had experienced in the past. In 2009, we extended our family with our Maypole branch of Kings Opticians, offering the same great quality eye care and frame selections. A few years later Kings Pharmacy & Mobility along with Castle Chemist followed in Weoley Castle.
We wanted to separate ourselves from other pharmacies and opticians on the high street, so that we could offer the unrivalled healthcare that we would want my own family to receive.
Over the years we have expanded our patient offering to include, eye tests, vaccinations (travel and lifestyle), weight loss clinics, stop smoking clinics, sexual health clinics, ear wax
removal and mobility aids. We have an expert team of highly trained pharmacists, technicians, dispensers and healthcare assistants ready to assist you.
